So, as i posted yesterday, i started the Military diet.
Day 1 was kind of easy.
Now, let me give you a sneak peek 😉
For Breakfast :
1 cup of coffee(black) or tea
1 slice of toast (whole wheat) + 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter
1/2 a Grapefruit , but i substituted it by 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of water.
For Lunch :
1 cup of coffee or tea
1 slice of toast
1/2 cup of tuna.
For Dinner :
3 ounces ( = 85 gram ) of any meat
1 cup of green beans , but i substituted it with the same amount of Lettuce
1 small Apple
AND THE BEST PART :
you get to eat : 1/2 banana with 1 cup of VANILLA ICE-CREAM !
