A couple of days ago, i was reading about diets and specific food to eat to lose weight. I saw something called the ” Military Diet “. I read all about it and i found out that the food included in this diet is really healthy and will help you lose weight.
What is the Military Diet?
The Military diet is a great way to change your lifestyle. The 3 day military diet is cheaper than the food you’re eating right now. The food combinations are designed to burn fat and kick start your metabolism and lose weight fast. You can lose up to 10 pounds per week ( approximately 4 kilos) which is AWESOME !!!
Of course, each body is different from the other, one may lose 2 kilos and the other may lose 4. It’s the idea that counts of course.
Tomorrow I’m gonna get started and will keep you updated about the food that I’ve eaten 🙂 , and to boost it up i’m gonna add a little workout 😀
